This is “Izzy’s Quest for Olympic Gold”, a ‘90s animated special that is considered to be a piece of lost media. I came across my old VHS copy, complete with all of the very ‘90s commercials, and felt that the world needed to see the story of what some called “the sperm with sneakers”.
